  • I was from out of town visiting my daughter and her family. Grandsons were in the backseat in their car seats when we heard a horrible noise. Poor little seven-year-old was getting sick. In his seat, on the floor on himself on the seat. After about an hour and a half of cleaning up as much as they could on the way back to her house on the side of the road, my daughter called Exquisite. I’m pretty sure they squeezed me in for my appointment as this happened late on a Friday afternoon, and I was greeted in the parking lot of the business early Monday morning. (which means the car sat for two days, kudos to everyone of the guys in that shop!!)The detailing job the guys at Exquisite did on my car a few days later was outstanding. They even had to take the backseat out which in a hybrid exposes the battery. They took time to do the research about the exposed battery and how to make my car stay running correctly to help dry it out faster. When we picked up my RAV4 that evening I swear the back seat and floor and even the crevice where car seats buckle in were spotless!I highly recommend the entire crew at Exquisite!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Frequently asked questions

We are insured. It covers our workers, our company, and your vehicle. When choosing a detailing company whether it is a business you travel to or a mobile detailing company, be sure that they have insurance. We protect both our business and you by having insurance.
We do very few walk-in appointments as we schedule out our work and plan detailers schedules based on all types of customers such as dealerships, commercial vehicles and consumer vehicles. If you accidently spill coffee, pop, milk, or someone got sick in your vehicle, we can usually talk a walk in for the affected section and plan for a deeper detail later. Please call or stop by to inquire.
If you spill milk, get sick in your car or spill anything that can rot, you want to leave your windows cracked and call us as soon as possible. If you keep the windows up the smell will end up stronger. The quicker we can clean the spot. The better.
Yes, we do offer ceramic coating. We are certified and accredited by System X®.
Ceramic coating is an auto detailing product used to protect exterior surfaces from common blemish causing materials
We partner with another company to do window tinting. This is done by quote. Please inquire.
  • Yes, people love to get gift certificates for birthdays, Christmas and more.
  • Services rendered may exceed the value of the gift certificate and therefore additional charges may apply to the redeemer if they chose a package that exceeds the cash value of the gift certificate.
  • Additional charges for excessive pet hair, biological waste, other hazardous materials, large vehicles, or other issues may apply.
  • Gift certificates can only be used one time.
  • Gift Certificates cannot be combined with other discounts, coupons or promotions
Please complete the following checklist before your service:
  1. Remove all air fresheners
  2. Remove Trash
  3. Remove all personal items from the entire vehicle. This includes items in the center console, glove box, side door panels, stow and go, cargo, trunk area and under the seats.
  4. Be sure all valuables and weapons are removed from the vehicle. For example, but not limited to: sunglasses, air pods, electronic devices, phones, prescription glasses, guns, and medications.
  5. Exquisite Car Care is not responsible for any items left in a vehicle.
Detailing a vehicle depends on size and condition. It depends on what type of package you chose. Typically, we have a vehicle dropped off by 9AM and have it cleaned by end of day around 6PM. If a vehicle is very dirty, heaving staining, heavy dog hair, or other various things, it may take longer. This is usually discussed prior to you leaving the premises, but sometimes once we get into the nitty gritty we realize more time needed, we will discuss this with you.
