Terms of Service

  • We do not accept any liability for any loss or damage to any personal property including the vehicle being serviced, any belongings contained inside of the vehicle. Please remove everything prior to your detail.
  • All vehicles are cleaned at the customers own risk and must be able to withstand normal cleaning processes. We will not perform service if we do not think the vehicle can withstand a cleaning process.
  • We will not tolerate any verbal or physical abuse towards any of our staff under any circumstances and will take relevant actions should any such behaviors be encountered.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or deny customer demands above and beyond the booked and agreed upon detail. However, we will deliver to you a remarkable result.
  • There are no guarantees that we can restore a vehicle to a specific condition but we put the absolute effort into restoring the vehicle to the best condition we can based on your vehicle and the services you chose.
  • Failure to disclose, heavy staining, foul odors, human or biological waste, mold, mildew, chemical spills, chemical overspray or any other hazardous materials gives us the right to amend the prices or refuse service.
  • We charge according to detailing package, type of vehicle, and the condition of the vehicle. If you are unsure of the condition, it is best to stop by for a quick quote and evaluation. You can even give us a quick call or send pictures. Just Ask.
  • We reserve the right to amend the quote if at any time things change between the quote and the detail. We will not charge you more if you do not need a service.
  • We ask for 24 hours’ notice to cancel any booking or detailing service. We are a small family-owned business and cancelations can drastically affect the company.
  • If for any reason you are not satisfied with the detail, please call us. We will make every reasonable effort to make sure you are happy. We correct our mistakes.
  • We need you to let us know of any cosmetic or mechanical issues prior to detailing your vehicle. These examples have come up but are not limited to a low, battery, scratches, windows won’t roll down, truck will not shut, front hood will not open. There are many other examples, not listed.
